I looked at the tutorial for Skitch and signed up and tried to download but found something about it not being compatible with windows. I decided to try another one and chose ScreenToaster. It seemed to work pretty well and within a few minutes I was able to make this video demonstrating how to find a book on the library catalog.
This would work well for basic library tutorials and that sort of thing.
